No matter what your pipework requirements might be, we have the capability and commitment to meet them.

Pipe and tubing are essential to any industrial operation, and we have the exact type that you need. Their technical sales associates are familiar with your required specifications and know exactly how to proceed to supply your required material on time and correct the first time. Multiple sizes and types of pipe and tubing are in stock in our warehouse and can be supplied quickly and efficiently, directly to your job site or freight forwarder.

1/8” – 60” Schedule 10 – Double Extra Strong 0.016” – 0.75” 125# – 9000#

Boilers and heat exchangers require a different kind of piping to handle the higher pressures, temperatures and exact dimensional requirements of these highly stressed systems. This tubing is designated by its ASME or ASTM number, the outside diameter, and the wall thickness. Tubes can be supplied in 20 ft lengths or cut to your exact specifications. Let us find your exact requirement in stock at our partner mill agents, or arrange for large quantities to be delivered at a lower cost direct from the mill if your schedule allows a longer lead time that allows the mill to schedule the production of your tubing delivery.

Carbon steel pipe is your first choice for high-pressure applications. Our stocks seamless A106 Grade B pipe from ½” – 12” , and welded A53 Grade B pipe, also in ½” – 12”. Some of this pipe is “triple stenciled” meaning it meets the three most common specifications: API 5L Grade B, ASTM A53 Grade B, and ASME A106 Grade B. Pipe grade selection are dependent upon media, pressure, temperature and the environment. Special grades are available for high temperatures or pressures, low temperatures, and highly corrosive media and environments.

Larger diameter chrome and other exotic alloys, high and low temp, and heavier schedules are stocked at strategic partner pipe yards. As you move to larger outer diameters, seamless pipe becomes much more expensive than welded. If you have a specific type of welds, such as DSAW (double submerged arc welded) or ERW (electric resistance welded) specify it and we will deliver.

Be sure to specify welded or seamless, and the wall thickness or “Schedule” desired with your request. Specifying the proper wall thickness is essential to ensuring that your piping will match the pressure requirements of your operation. Note that Schedule 40 and Standard denote the same wall thickness up to 10” only, and Schedule 80 and Extra Heavy are the same up to 8”. If you are asking for a schedule 80 12” pipe, be sure you want “True Schedule 80” and not just extra heavy; it will cost you more for the True Schedule 80 wall, as it is less popular.

Remember that seamless carbon steel pipe is almost always supplied in single random (18-22 ft) or double random (38-42 ft) lengths.

Many industrial customers will select cement lined steel pipe for their cooling water applications to enhance the internal corrosion resistance of their line. We can supply this style of pipe from one of several specialty liners. Potable water, seawater, firewater and other applications are well suited for this material. Some customers building undersea pipelines will have their pipes coated on the outside as well to ensure negative buoyancy. Whatever the application we can help you identify the correct product for the job.

Higher temperature applications call for higher chromium content in the pipe’s steel makeup. The industry identifies these piping materials by their chrome content (5%, 9%, etc.) or by their ASTM designations; P5, P22, etc. We currently stocks small diameter P22 pipe in our facility.

This specialty pipe features a woven fiberglass body impregnated with epoxy resin, much like the body of a boat. Another similar design is centrifugally cast. These pipes are an alternative for buried fuel lines, caustic chemicals, and slurry service. This material can handle temperatures up to 275°F, pressure up to 4000 PSI and is available in sizes from 1” to 72”.

We have partnered with one of the largest copper producers to provide industry leading prices for the high-quality copper pipe. Some water distribution customers will settle for nothing less, and our ability to provide the higher quality pipe at a competitive price ensures that their quality of water can be maintained at the highest level.

The traditional choice for potable water and wastewater mains, ductile iron pipe is available in a variety of sizes and pressure ratings. New design innovations pipe ensure that this material will be in use for years to come.

A popular tube configuration for heat exchangers is a finned tube. By welding small pieces of metal or “fins” to the OD of the heat exchanger tubing, the total surface area of the tubes can be increased. This increased surface area increases the ability of the tube to transfer heat from the media inside the tubing to the atmosphere. Fins are available attached in a helical or longitudinal pattern. Fin materials can include carbon steel; stainless steels of types 304, 310, 316, 321, 409, and 410; Nickel 200, and Inconel, and can be solid or serrated.

Gauges and controls require small diameter tubing. Our stocks 316-grade stainless tubing in popular wall thicknesses, in sizes from ¼”–1”. Select tube fittings from our stock to connect the instrumentation tubing to the instrumentation. Union tees, male and female connectors, union elbows, nuts, ferrules and more for immediate delivery. Gauges, thermometers, siphons, seal pots, thermowell and other process instruments are also available to complete your installation.

Many fuel pipelines require special paint-like epoxy coatings inside and out. We has the experience to supply these products to your exact specifications and ship them without damage or flaws.

Many lower pressure applications can be solved with less expensive PVC type pipe. Specific types are available for potable water, reclaimed water or drainage. Schedule 40 or 80, belled end gasket or coupled, We can supply it quickly and economically. For water mains, many customers specify C-900 (ductile iron sized PVC) or Class 200 SDR 21 (steel pipe sized PVC), and our strategic partner manufacturers compete to ship it by the truckload. The same holds true for large diameter sewage and drainage pipe.

An increasingly popular choice, HDPE is used for water, wastewater, gas, chemicals, fire water, and other media. Its flexibility and light weight make it ideal for many different applications including municipal, industrial, energy, geothermal, landfill and more. HDPE pipe is durable, flexible and lightweight. When fused together, HDPE has a zero leak rate, much like welded steel pipe. HDPE pipe is also non-toxic, corrosion and chemical resistant has a long design life, and is ideal for trenchless installation methods because of its flexibility. Our partner manufacturers can supply a wide range of sizes, wall thicknesses, and compositions.

For processes so extreme and conditions so severe that none of the above selections will do, we can supply pipe in exotic alloys such as Monel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy, Copper-Nickel, Aluminum–Bronze, Titanium, and others.

When corrosion is an issue, your first alternative would be 304 or perhaps an upgrade to even more corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel pipe. Stainless steel pipe is also available in seamless or welded, with wall thicknesses from Schedule 10 through double extra h2. Other grades of stainless are also available through Super Duplex; ask your technical salesman for detailed information.

Manufacturers and countries of origin

Many of the big refining companies have Approved Manufacturer Lists identifying those manufacturers whose products have been approved for use in their facilities. PT. Kineta Inti Sejati is familiar with these restrictions and can supply pipe from a wide variety of mills. Other customers specify allowable countries of manufacture.

Whatever your preferences or restrictions might be, you can count on PT. Kineta Inti Sejati to supply the material you have selected.
